Do you have an issue or feedback with your order?

How long will your order take to ship?
Much care is put into personally packaging up all of your orders. Some orders may ship as soon as the next day, but please allow up to 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
How does local pick-up work?
We offer local pick-up as an option for all of our local (San Diego) customers. Please send us a direct message on Instagram @h.alocollective to place your order. Orders start processing once payment is received. Allow 5 business days and once it's ready, we’ll contact you with details.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
